Is something not working quite the way that it should? If your heating or hot water is not working please check the video below as your boiler may need re-pressurising. If there is anything else please fill out our repair form below and we’ll have someone come round to take a look and help sort it out.
Once submitted we’ll send you a confirmation of receipt of the repair request by email. Then our repair coordinator will send you a target date by email when someone from Unicom will attend and rectify issue. We do aim to attend and resolve most repair requests within 48 hours.
If your heating/hot water is not working please see the video below of how to check if your boiler is working correctly. Changing of light bulbs and boiler top-ups are considered the responsibility of the tenant. These jobs are easy to carry out yourself and to help you we have some links here to show you how:
