Is something not working quite the way that it should? Fill out our repair form below and we’ll have someone come round to take a look and help sort it out.

Once submitted we’ll send you a confirmation of receipt of the repair request by email. Then our repair coordinator will send you a target date by email when someone from Unicom will attend and rectify issue. We do aim to attend and resolve most repair requests within 48 hours.

Changing of light bulbs and boiler top-ups are considered the responsibility of the tenant. These jobs are easy to carry out yourself and to help you we have some links here to show you how:
